Last week's quiz was won by popo3 and flipover (Trish) - Shannon brought her disney princess Pencil and her Princess and the Pea book ("Pea") . She also brought her Pochahontas flash card. Seeing how she's so into princesses, we had no lack of "P" items in our house!

Once again , congratulations are in order for 1st_baby. She won again! Shannon brought a toy radio and some rice to school this week for her show and tell. Will post to you if I don't get to see you before you leave!

Shannon has snack time in school and she usually likes to eat what the school gives.  But most parents pack snacks for their kids, so I've been doing so too. This week, Shannon decided that she would walk into class by herself.

It started on Monday, when we were late, and the internal gate (just before the main toilets) was closed already - at 8.15 sharp. This means that parents cannot go in. So I told her to walk in to class herself, and she had no objections whatsoever. The vice principal Bernice held ( Read more... )

She did not cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was so brave at drop-off, and SMILING AWAY when I drove up to pick her up even though I was quite late in the pick up.

When she came into the car, she said a loud "OH HI MOTHER!" and the admin staff/teacher who put her into the car laughed at how she called me MOTHER! :)
